1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between Dynomica Ltd (UIC: 175213159), registered at: Sofia, 5 Razslatitsa St., represented by Alexander Nenov (hereinafter "Provider" or "We") and the users of the online platform Krasotata (accessible at krasotata.net), hereinafter "the Platform".

By registering on the Platform, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Krasotata is a cloud-based platform (SaaS) for managing beauty salons, hair salons, manicure and pedicure studios, cosmetology, tattoo, epilation and other beauty services. The Platform provides:

  • Online booking system
  • Client and staff management
  • Smart appointment calendar
  • Automatic email notifications and reminders
  • Public page for your salon

3. Registration and Account

To use the Platform, you need to create an account by providing:

  • A valid email address (verified via a confirmation link)
  • First and last name
  • Salon name
  • Password (minimum 8 characters)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Temporary and disposable email addresses are not permitted during registration.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

The Platform offers various subscription plans with monthly or yearly billing. Each new account may receive a trial period, the duration of which is determined by the Provider's current policy.

Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. In case of failed payment or expired subscription, access to Platform features may be restricted.

5. User Rights and Obligations

The User agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
  • Not use the Platform for illegal purposes
  • Not share account access with unauthorized persons
  • Comply with the applicable laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the EU
  • Not violate the rights of third parties when using the Platform

6. Provider Rights and Obligations

The Provider agrees to:

  • Ensure uninterrupted access to the Platform (except during scheduled maintenance)
  • Store user data in compliance with GDPR and Bulgarian Data Protection Act
  • Notify users of any changes to the Terms

The Provider reserves the right to:

  • Temporarily suspend access for technical issues or maintenance
  • Deactivate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Modify features and pricing with prior notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Krasotata Platform, including software, design, logos and content, is the property of Dynomica Ltd. Users may not copy, modify or distribute elements of the Platform without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for:

  • Lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform
  • Data loss due to improper use by the user
  • Interruptions caused by third parties (ISPs, hosting providers, etc.)

9. Termination

The User may terminate the use of the Platform at any time by deleting their account or canceling their subscription. The Provider may terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Sofia.
